I found a tattered and discolored (greenish-gray) version at the top of the forgotten temple (follow the path behind Angrel MO2) but does anyone know where the regular version drops?

*As of 1.06, I can confirm that this Overtop is dropped from the Third Marked One (in its normal non-tattered blue color)
