AnonymousI had one drop in Bird Calling Sanctuary recently off of a trash enemy to the right of the zone altar. It's really tattered and a washed out brown. Does a "clean" one exist? I was hoping for a clean blue or white one.

These can be found on the Hunter's Path. (I'm not sure which npc specifically, but one of the random npc's near the open glade where the First Marked One dropped it)

These can be looted from enemies wearing the Uring Commander Armor, which can be found in Hunting Path as well as a few other locations. I think they can be found in the Central Harbor and Forgotten Temple, but I’m not 100% sure.
