You can buy it now. You have to be extremely high level but it purchasable from the equipment store.

We'll update this page once there's concrete proof of where to obtain this mask or if it's even obtainable in game at all yet.

I have literally played combat trials, and farmed marked ones for days and still no sign of this glorious mask for me!!!
